Remove GLPI from EON to install new version

Message par Nawdiral » 28 janvier 2014, 17:04

Hello,

We were using GLPI without problem for almost 2 mounths. but for unknown resaon it stoped working, Our server is also configured for Nagios and ...

The MySql and HTTP services are operational , but we can no more access via http://server@IP/glpi as before.
Fortunately , I can still see the GLPI database through http://server@IP/phpMyAdmin server which is still exploitable.

My question is:

- How can we remove GLPI with everything that goes with even its symbolic links? My goal is to go through a new installation of GLPI and then import the contents of the database that I backed up .
- Where do I paste the GLPI folder (the newest of course), should be in /var/www/html or somewhere else ?

Below is my config:

cat / etc / * release *
EyesOfNetwork release 4.0 ( Charly )
EyesOfNetwork release 4.0 ( Charly )
EyesOfNetwork release 4.0 ( Charly )
cpe :/ o: centos : linux : 6.4: GA

uname -a
Linux 2.6.32- GLPI- SOMAGECGE.LAN 358.11.1.el6.x86_64 # 1 SMP Wed Jun 12 3:34:52 UTC 2013 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU / Linux

I do not want to go through a complete reinstallation of EON server.
Any help or tip would be welcome.

Thank you for your help.

Dear,

As far as i know (i guess i know :) ), we don't provide PhpMyAdmin.

It mean you install some product that can modified apache conf file.
Therefore, i'm affraid to be not abble to help so much using the forum. I advice you to check your apache configuration file. Especially /etc/httpd/conf.d/*

Best regards,
